Website, Booking & Service Terms

Effective: September 7, 2026

These terms explain how Clutter Eviction Co. handles estimates, service authorization, property access, payments, cancellations and disposal. They may be updated when operating practices or legal requirements materially change.

Planning ranges, quotes and final price

Website pricing is a planning guide and is not a guaranteed final price. Estimates are based on information supplied by the customer, including photos, item descriptions, expected volume, weight, access and disposal requirements. The final service price is communicated before work proceeds. If the actual scope differs materially from what was disclosed, Clutter Eviction Co. may revise the price or decline the additional work before proceeding.

Scope changes and change authorization

Additional items, materially greater volume or weight, stairs, unusually long carries, disassembly, specialty handling, regulated disposal, restricted access, or other conditions not reasonably reflected in the original request may require a revised price. Any material price change should be communicated before the additional work is performed.

Customer authority and ownership

The customer represents that they own the property presented for removal or are authorized by the owner to direct its removal. The customer is responsible for clearly identifying what should and should not be removed. Clutter Eviction Co. may refuse removal when ownership or authority is reasonably disputed.

Address, access and site conditions

Customers must provide an accurate service address, lawful access, gate/unit instructions and a reasonably safe work area. Customers should disclose fragile surfaces, concealed hazards, recent construction, weak flooring, narrow access, pets or other conditions that could materially affect safe service. Automated address validation helps reduce errors but does not establish the condition or legal accessibility of a property.

Pre-existing conditions and damage concerns

Clutter Eviction Co. is responsible for damage caused by its negligence to the extent required by applicable law. The company is not responsible for pre-existing damage, concealed defects, ordinary wear, or conditions not reasonably observable before service. Customers should report any concern promptly so the condition can be documented and reviewed. Nothing in these terms waives rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be waived.

Restricted, hazardous and specialty materials

Standard service does not include hazardous chemicals, paint/solvents, fuel/oils, pressurized cylinders, asbestos, biohazard/medical waste, explosives, illegal materials, or other waste requiring specialized licensing or handling. Tires, batteries, electronics, refrigerant appliances, dense construction debris, concrete, dirt, brick, shingles and unusually heavy materials may require a custom quote, a confirmed disposal outlet or separate handling. Undisclosed prohibited or regulated items may be refused.

Disposition of removed property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, items accepted for removal may be recycled, donated, salvaged, transferred or disposed of at Clutter Eviction Co.'s reasonable discretion in accordance with applicable requirements. Customers should remove personal documents, valuables, medications and items they do not intend to discard before service begins.

Appointment windows, delays and route conditions

Arrival windows are estimates rather than exact appointment times. Traffic, weather, disposal-facility delays, prior-job scope changes and safety conditions may affect arrival. Clutter Eviction Co. will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Customers can request changes through their private portal or by contacting the company. A requested reschedule is not final until accepted. During a no-deposit launch period, customers are asked to provide at least 24 hours notice when possible. If deposits or cancellation fees are introduced later, those terms will be disclosed before payment.

Payments, invoices and promo codes

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of service. Secure online payments may be processed through Stripe using eligible cards and wallets. Cash, Venmo, checks for approved commercial customers, or other accepted methods may be recorded to the job ledger. A payment is considered received only after the payment processor confirms it or an authorized company representative records it. Promo codes must be valid and active when applied and generally apply only to the confirmed service amount.

Taxes, disposal fees and specialty surcharges

Applicable taxes, regulated disposal costs, specialty-item fees or other legally required charges will be itemized when applicable. A planning estimate does not guarantee that an undisclosed specialty disposal charge is included.

Payment questions and disputes

Customers should send billing questions or disputes promptly to billing@clutterevictionco.com so the matter can be reviewed and documented. Nothing in these terms restricts legally protected dispute or consumer rights.

Communications

By submitting a request, customers consent to transactional contact regarding that request. Customers who separately select text messaging and provide consent may receive transactional SMS. Reply STOP to opt out of texts. Marketing messages, if introduced, will use separate consent where required.

Photos, video and job records

Clutter Eviction Co. may photograph or record the work area, items presented for removal, vehicle/load condition, access conditions, pre-existing damage, completed work, disposal documentation and other job conditions when reasonably useful for quoting, safety, quality control, dispute resolution, training or business records. These service-documentation records are not the same as permission to publish them in advertising.

Optional marketing-media permission

Marketing permission is separate, voluntary and is not a condition of service, pricing or payment. If a customer grants permission, Clutter Eviction Co. may select non-identifying before, during and after project photographs or short video clips for its website, social media, portfolio and advertising. We will make reasonable efforts not to intentionally publish faces, house numbers, license plates, personal documents, financial or medical information, or other identifying details unless separately authorized. Permission does not require us to publish any media and does not transfer ownership of the customer's unrelated personal content.

A customer may withdraw marketing permission prospectively through the private portal while that option is available or by contacting us. We will stop approving new marketing use after withdrawal and make reasonable efforts to discontinue future use of unpublished material. Withdrawal may not be able to recall material already printed, distributed, reposted by others, or incorporated into advertising that has already been released. Questions or withdrawal requests can be sent to hello@clutterevictionco.com.

People and private information in media

Project-media permission covers the work area and project, not an unrestricted right to feature identifiable people. Employees should avoid intentionally recording customers, children, bystanders, personal papers, computer screens, medications, photographs, license plates and similar private information for marketing. Separate authorization should be obtained before intentionally featuring an identifiable person in promotional content.

Commercial accounts

Commercial services may be subject to separate written proposals, purchase orders, insurance requirements, service agreements, payment terms or property-specific procedures. When a signed commercial agreement conflicts with these general terms, the signed agreement controls to the extent stated in that agreement.

Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by applicable Indiana and federal law. Any provision that is unenforceable should be interpreted as narrowly as necessary without invalidating the remainder of the terms.
