Clutter Eviction Co. collects information you provide when requesting residential or commercial service, including contact information, service addresses, scheduling preferences, descriptions and photos of items, communication preferences and customer updates.

How we use information

We use information to evaluate and schedule work, validate service addresses, prepare quotes, communicate about service, process payments when enabled, maintain customer and business records, prevent misuse and improve the website.

Functional browser storage

We use limited first-party browser storage to keep the quote experience working and preserve anonymous attribution within Clutter Eviction Co. This functional storage is not used to follow you across unrelated websites. Information entered into an unfinished residential quote form is not saved to our server as a recoverable customer lead before you submit the request.

Partner recommendations

We may occasionally show a relevant third-party service when it helps with a request we do not provide or cannot fulfill. Paid/referral relationships are identified next to the recommendation. We record limited first-party click information so we can reconcile referrals and understand whether the recommendation was useful. We do not sell your contact information to a partner merely because you viewed or clicked a recommendation.

Website experience analytics

We collect limited first-party technical and interaction events, such as page views, device category, button interactions, booking-stage events, browser errors and performance timing, to test and improve the website. The Experience Lab telemetry is designed not to capture values typed into form fields. It is disabled when the browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. We may use aggregated test and usage evidence with an AI service to generate internal usability recommendations; customer form contents are not sent by this telemetry feature.

Service providers

We may use service providers to operate the business. Depending on the features you use, these can include MongoDB for application data, Namecheap Private Email for email, the U.S. Census Geocoder for address validation, Geoapify for optional address suggestions, Twilio for SMS, Stripe for payments, OpenAI for internal Experience Lab analysis when enabled and for owner-assisted analysis of customer-submitted project photos when the AI quote tool is used, and hosting/infrastructure providers. We do not sell personal information.

Mobile information & text messaging

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only as needed to deliver requested communications and operate our systems.

If you select Text and provide the requested consent, we may send transactional messages about your quote, appointment, changes and service status. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance. Marketing texts are not part of the current booking workflow. Message frequency varies based on the active quote or service request and customer replies. Message and data rates may apply. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of requesting a quote or purchasing service.

Photos, video and project media

Photos or short video submitted by a customer or captured during service may be stored with the job record for quoting, scope verification, safety, quality control, completion documentation, training, dispute resolution and other legitimate business-record purposes. When our internal AI quote-assistance tool is used, customer-submitted project photos may be securely processed by OpenAI to help an authorized Clutter Eviction Co. user estimate visible scope, volume, weight, material risks and pricing assumptions. AI output is advisory only: it does not automatically approve a job or set the final customer price, and an authorized person reviews the result before a quote decision. Service documentation is separate from marketing permission.

If you separately authorize marketing use, selected non-identifying project media may be considered for our website, social media, portfolio or advertising. Marketing permission is optional and does not affect price or service. We instruct our workflow to avoid intentionally publishing faces, house numbers, license plates, personal documents and other identifying details without separate permission. You may withdraw marketing permission prospectively through your private portal when available or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not necessarily remove copies already printed, distributed or reposted by third parties, but we will make reasonable efforts to stop future use under our control.

Retention & security

Records may be retained for customer service, accounting, legal and operational purposes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may contact us to request correction or deletion of information we maintain, subject to legitimate legal, tax, payment and recordkeeping needs.
